Avana companies recently closed a $ 1,100,000 refinance loan with a real estate company based in Denver, CO.
The borrower requested the loan to finish a build-out of two build-to-suit container buildings and to purchase 1.86 acres of land in Cortez, CO for the placement of one of those container buildings. Both locations will be leased to investors for the purpose of operating their cannabis dispensary business.
