Yes. We respect that your referral is built on trust. We coordinate communication with you and do not treat your client as a direct-to-lender lead.

We’ll work with you to structure financing aligned to the project plan—especially when there are phases, multiple sources of capital, or transitional execution risk. If the deal requires a staged approach, we’ll communicate what we need at each stage.

Third-party reports (if needed) are typically requested after initial fit is confirmed and we’ve aligned on next steps. The specific reports and timing depend on the deal and program requirements.

You’ll have a primary AVANA contact coordinating next steps. For submissions, our BDO team helps triage and route the opportunity, then an originator partners with you through structuring and execution.
