Avana companies recently closed an $ 850,000 Refinance-Cash out loan with two significant clients. The loan will be used to refinance their current loans of $523,843 and obtain cash out totaling $291,657 to be distributed to the owners. The loan will be to the two mentioned entities and will be secured by two multi-tenant office properties located in Pikesville, MD.
The properties are managed and owned by a local business owner, who is personally guaranteeing the loan and currently owns 100% of both of the entities that own the properties.
